"I am electrical engineer in TX, Do i have to have license for small jobs?"? - license for small trailor

I graduated in electrical engineering and am currently with the engineering company. I want to get odd jobs after hours or on weekends. Am I required to have a licensed electrician for this work TX, I have the same quality?
