The only two places you can imagine, is the kingdom of Roller Skating Center and the Center for Bluestreak Chelsea, at 60, Chelsea Piers on the West Side Highway.

During the summer Wohlman Rink in Central Park, an ice rink. But the difficulty of basic skating - is there a place in Central Park near the source, where skating and playing music and dancing in a circle, not a track with the right mouse button on a paved area of the park. I would not be able to direct you, but. I always find it by accident.
The Roxy was a skating rink, but I think it is now since a few years.
